If you have kept the original packaging, please use it: put the returned product in it, and seal it carefully with electrical tape/several layers of cellotape. If the original packaging is damaged, cannot be used, or is gone, please package the product according to the following packaging guidelines to make sure we can receive it undamaged.

External packaging

Choose a cardboard box appropriate for the product in shape and size. Please make sure you also consider the weight of the product when choosing the packaging.

Filling the inner space

Optimal use of space within the box protects the product from damage. If possible, fill the empty space with some kind of filler material or other packaging material. Even if the package appears undamaged on the outside, it is not suitable if its contents “rattle”.

Fixing, taping

The box has to be sealed and secured by taping around it. In case of heavier or larger packages, it is best to do two or three layers for added protection.
